Therefore, the availability and performance that we offer cannot be ensured in any manner on the basis of the agreement that you would have entered into with us. At times, the hosting service may experience failures due to maintenance requirements or on account of other unforeseeable acts.

Terms of Payment

All payments for services delivered to Creivis will be strictly done in cash. No services will be accepted through any credit card, bank transfers, or similar, including the online companies offering such payment mechanisms. Payment shall be made upon delivery of the services, and failure to pay in cash may result in the suspension or termination of your hosting account.

Account Registration

You will have to register with us on this site for the purpose of accessing our services. By registering, you confirm that all information given to us by you is correct, complete, and up-to-date. You agree to keep your account and password details secret and confidential. All acts undertaken on your account are regarded as taken under your sole and absolute direction. If there is a reason why you suspect someone might be using your account without authorization, please inform us immediately.

Cancellation and Refunds

We also allow you to cancel hosting services anytime you want. All payments made are final and non-refundable once service has been provided. If there's a problem with a service, feel free to contact us so we can work together to fix the situation.

Account Suspension or Termination

At our option, we may suspend or terminate your account without notice if we believe, in our sole discretion, that such action is necessary to prevent an infringement of these Terms & Conditions. This includes, but is not limited to the following: participating in illegal practices, use of resources with bad intention, and failure to pay for serviced delivery. Termination due to policy infractions will not be eligible for reimbursement.

User Liabilities

You agree to ensure that your use of our services does not violate any applicable laws or regulations in Hong Kong. Our services may not be used to do anything illegal, or that might otherwise interfere with the servers, network, or other users of our services. This includes but is not limited to distributing spam, propagating malware, or consuming resources that have resulted in or could result in the denial of service to our users.

Amendments to Services

Creivis may amend, suspend, or withdraw any service from time to time without any notice at any time. We will make reasonable effort to give you prior notice of significant modifications that might impact your use of our services, and we assume no responsibility for any resultant consequences arising from such changes.

Liability Limitation

We use our optimum efforts to make sure that the services we offer are reliable and of high quality. However, we shall in no event be liable for any loss or damage suffered arising out of or in connection with losses or damage resulting from interruptions to our service, data loss, or security breaches, and you agree that your use of our Services is at your sole risk.

Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Hong Kong. Any disputes arising from or related to these terms shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Hong Kong.
